Lemon & Poppy Seed Pancakes

I always think you’re set to have a good day when you start the day with pancakes. Try these beauties and you’ll see what I mean!





Ingredients


  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 Tbsp of Flour of Choice (I used coconut)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (optional)

  • 1 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 2 Tsp of Poppy Seeds



Directions


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth

  2. Grease the pan and pour out the pancake batter

  3. Fry on a medium heat and flip once the pancakes begin bubbles and going brown around the edges

  4. Serve hot with your topping of choice (I recommend fresh strawberries and blueberries)
